This cava goes perfectly with smoked starters, cured meats and canapés. It also goes with first courses including pasta, cream soups, vegetables, meats and cheeses.

Chardonnay, Parellada and Pinot Noir grapes, aged for more than 36 months. As it is a very powerful cava, it goes perfectly with wild mushrooms, all kinds of cheeses, red meats and fish. It is also ideal for strong desserts like crepes, quince preserved

Cuveé

The harmony of a classic

Cava aged for 36 months, combining the virtues of Chardonnay with the refinement of Parellada.
It is an ideal cava for red meats, stews, pasta and rice. It can also accompany strong mature and creamy cheeses.

Macabeu, Xarel•lo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes from our Sumarroca, Molí Coloma and Sabartés estates, aged for more than 36 months.
It is a cava that can accompany any aperitif or meal from beginning to end: cold or hot starters, grilled foods, stews, fried foods... It is also a good accompaniment for desserts that are not too sweet, fruit salads, etc.

Sumarroca Extra Brut

In our search to innovate and improve our coupages, we decided to go back to the on-site production made more than a century ago. We made a coupage of the three traditional varieties, macabeu, xarel.lo and parellada, all grown on our Sumarroca estate.
